They open at 7:30 am; well, that’s when my appointment was too. Wished they opened before the first appointment of the day so we could’ve waited indoors.

Salesman was impolite, poor service, with zero manners threw the water bottle on the table instead of handing it politely.

Thank god someone advised this branch. Nothing compared to khurais and Mr. Abdulrahman hazzazi was an absolute sweet heart.

Booking an appointment, comes before the appointment to show respect for the time and people, set for 40 minutes without calling any customer.
After 45 minutes calls 1 customer only, 3 people setting in the service advisory desks doing nothing.
This is regretting my BMW and go with Mercedes Benz ??
