★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشتريت معدات من هذه الشركة وفي أول استخدام تعطلت رحت للوكيل مدار للعدد والادوات اخذوا مني المعدة وبعد ١٥ يوم قالوا فيه قطعة لازم تغير وتتحملها أنت.
الملاحظات:
١.أخلاق العاملين في وكيل الشركة مدار لا بأس به.
٢. الإجراء في استلام المعدة واتخاذ اللازم كان بطيء جدا.
٣. إذا استلموا المعدة للصيانة لا يرحلون المعدة مباشرة للشركة بل ينتظرون متى ماجات سيارة نازله جدة وتذكروا المعدة نزلوها وياهم وهذا خلل وتقصير وغير مشجع للتعامل معهم.
٤. معدات هونداي في الغالب للأمانة غير عملية ومتعبة في الصيانة ولا يوجد ضمانات كافية على المعدات بل تتفاجأ كل شيء فالصيانة يرجعون السبب عليك أقلها سوء استخدام عشان يدفعونك القطعة العطلانه.
عن نفسي لن أكرر الشراء من شركة هونداي لا جودة ولا صيانة وتعامل بطيء جدا من الوكيل بمكة المكرمة (مدار للعدد والادوات).
I bought equipment from this company, and on the first use it broke down, I went to the agent who managed the tool and tools. They took the stomach from me, and after 15 days they said a piece needs to be changed and you can bear it.
Notes:
1- The morals of the employees of the company’s agent are well managed.
2. The procedure in receiving the stomach and taking the necessary was very slow.
3. If they receive the equipment for maintenance, they do not leave the equipment directly to the company, but wait for when the car comes in Jeddah, and remember the equipment, put it down with them, and this is a defect, shortening, and it is not encouraging to deal with them.
4. Hyundai equipment is mostly for honesty, impractical and tiring in maintenance, and there are insufficient guarantees on the equipment, but everything is surprised, as the maintenance returns the reason to you, at least for misuse, in order to pay you the idle part.
On my own, I will not repeat the purchase from Hyundai, neither quality nor maintenance, and very slow handling from the agent in Makkah Al-Mukarramah (managed for tools and equipment).
