It took some time for us to order because menu is in Arabic and they have to find a staff to explain to us what is on it. Will definitely go back.

The salad was the only decent food we can consume for the night, it's very disappointing also with their service. You'll have to call them many times to assist you. We went there for a celebration but we're not going back anymore. We ended up ordering more since the food was not enjoyable at all! ? Overall, you can still take photos as much as you like it. Atleast you can make beautiful memories out of it.
D	Dr. Desiree Manlapaz-Gonzales on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to know about Loft when I went to a nearby restaurant last Christmas and after reading reviews we decided to try it...so today me and my husband decided to come here on a reservation to celebrate New Year's Eve. For 9 years it was the first time I encountered a resto with a booking reservation...so I used it to reserve for 2. It was not as crowded as expected when we arrived.The ambiance of the place somehow brings me back to Europe because of the Al Fresco dining but since it is a bit cold we decided to dine inside. We were welcomed by the staff at the reception...confirmed our reservation and another staff accompanied us to our table, we were given the option to change tables. Service was not that fast though...the digital menu uploads slowly, I asked for a paper menu but they dont have an English menu only Arabic menu, the same problem I encountered when I tried to search for the menu online - there were no English version of the menu. You have to call the attention of the waiter to place an order and it takes time for them to attend to you, maybe because it is New Year's eve so they are not used to being full. The food is served fast and hot...they were satisfying...though I hope that there are options to change the sides as both mains we had had mashed potatoes in it...a baked potato or fried potato wedges could be a good option. I commend the Filipino waiter Elvis for being very entertaining and attending to our needs. It was a nice place all in all...a break from the usual family friendly restaurants we have been to.

We ordered chicken fettuccine which was good. The Mexican BBQ pizza was satisfactory. The traffic fries was upsettingly bad, it had too much mayonnaise ? we could not eat it at all. I feel reluctant to visit this restaurant again.
