★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was extension construction work at the hotel and labour was starting at 6 a.m. which wakes me up very early in the morning. I complain to the reciption but work and digging was going on. Then I complain again but nothing changed. Then, when I was about to leave the recipient he said I will let you to stay until 7 p.m. in as kind of appreciation. When I return back at 5 p.m. and entered my room the reciption called me and asked me to leave immediately, that really annoyed me so much. The recipient was extremely rude. Also, the smart key did not work for almost every time I want to enter the room. Even when I went downstairs for reactivation it did not worked. They also did not clean the room even I asked to do so. The recipient at afternoon shift he said I do not care about the rating that I will give to their hotel and he was threating me. In general it was very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean hotel , kind staff , good service , there is wifi point in each room but the internet connection is very bad snd always offline , you have to use your internet connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place I’ve ever checked in. The hotel is so clean and they use expensive incense. The staff are so kind and polite. The service is quick and excellent. For the previous reasons, the hotel is always fully booked.
