الخدمة سيئة لأبعد مدى
الرد على تقييمي غير احترافي من المكتب يقولون السبب رفض المالك والأصل ان الموافقة تمت على الصيانة لأنها اساسية بكهرباء وسباكة الشقة قبل السكن وعليه تحدد اكثر من موعد للصيانة وبالفعل جاؤوا للصيانة ولم يكملوا حتى الآن رغم مضي اكثر من شهر
كما انهم لا يردوا ولا يلتزموا بالمواعيد تحديدا للصيانة تأخذ بدل الموعد اكثر من موعد ثم لا يرد على الواتس أو الهاتف ولا يأتي
قبل الاستئجار يقولك كل شيء مجاب
وبعدها ما يردون ولا يصلحون
النجمة الواحدة كتير عليهم وراجعوا التقييم من الجميع

لا أنصح بالتعامل معهم نهائيًا
يطلبونك فلوس عشان يطلع العامل يخليك تشوف الشقة ولما طلبته سند يقول لا ما يحتاج أصلًا رغم انه( حق لي ) .
تدفع لهم الف ريال قيمة عربون وبعدها يفاوضون صاحب الشقق واذا رفض يقولون انهم يرجعونها لك بعد ثلاث ايام ???♂️

Very bad attitude
They do not want to do any effort to provide data for customers
I provided the agent with all the details about the flat I want to visit but he still denying having it under his management even he refused to search in his database
He did not pay any respect even he started loughing and telling jokes about me for the attendees
Customers agents urgently in need for training on the appropriate way of dealing with customers unless it is the normal company culture
