والي ياخذها يكون حريص ع كل شي يسويه ومنتبه ?
لكن العيب الوحيد عندهم انه اختار كوشه معينه وبالواقع غير تمام اتمني التركيز اكثر ..
ولو في اشياء زادت تكون للشخص الموجر طبعا ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يتضح لي أن الذي يقوم على تشغيلها عمالة بمستوى ضعيف جدا . رغم أنها قديمة ومتهالكة إلا أن الاهمال واضح . لا تناسب من يريد النظافة ولا أصحاب الذوق السليم ولا من يعطي ضيوفه أهمية . صالة الرجال متواضعة وصالة الطعام فوضى . أما المطبخ ودورات المياه والممرات والمغاسل وما حولها فكأنك داخل في سكن عمال . مواقف السيارات ضيقة جدا .
يجب على صاحبها احترام الناس الذين يستأجرونها ويقدم لهم شيئا يناسب الأموال التي يدفعونها .
