★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of best Jarir branches. It is 2 floors with very spacious car parking dedicated only for Jarir visitors. In this branch also you find all products from books to electronics in well organized manner. Highly recommend for buying mobile phones, laptops, stationary, books, gadgets, video games and consoles. Final point, beware some times it is over priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad branch.. customer care manager Mr. Majid doesn’t know the meaning of customer care..
I bought a TV worth Sr 2650/- and a wall mount worth Sr 80/-
I was able to fix the tv on my old bracket and wanted to return the newly purchased bracket. I was late from 3 days return policy. The staff made us wait for more than 1 hour and in the end Mr. Majid came and said i am the manager, only my sign is acceptable and I cannot refund for the item.
The bracket was Sr 80/- only and I bought more than Sr 10K/- items from Jarir. Its not about money, you and your teams reaction was embarrassing.
I will never buy from Jarir because of this petty issue and behaviour of customer care staff Mr. Majid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is very poor.I bought my new phone Redmi note 11 two days before.when I started to use the display become complaint, they promised me they will change the phone if anything happens with in three days.but they now they are saying not possible.and even they didn't service also.just keep the phone one day in there service section and return back.still the phone is same like that display. really irresponsible manager Abdullah, not worth for that position

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer and after sales service. I was the regular customer of jarir has bought many iPhones, iPads, tv, laptops but my first after sales experience is really disappointing. I went for screen repair of my kid hp laptop bought in 1450 riyal and was under warranty they took 230 riyal service fees then next day call came that I have to pay 1400 riyal more which I refused then they returned without any repair when I asked for my 230 riyal back coz no service provided then they become very harsh. I put complain to manager and also emails but no use. In short there is not worthy of paying higher prices in jarir when their customer service is so pathetic and they loose one loyal customer due to these silly things
