تم استأجار شقة مكونة من غرفتين وصالة ب٣٠٠
النظافة ٧/١٠ و المفارش تحتاج عناية ونظافة أكثر و كذلك الاثاث
يوجد غسالة ملابس .. فرن كهربائي
لا يوجد غلاية ماء
اول ما افتتح الموقع كانت نظيفة جدا المشكلة من المستأجرين في التعبث بمحتويات الغرف هذا من ناحية و من ناحية أخرى عدم اهتمام صاحب الحلال بالصيانة المطلوبة و التنظيفات خاصة في الوضع الحالي ( كورونا ) لابد من الاهتمام
