عجزت اتصل على هذا الرقم ولا تردون وغير موظفاتكم الي اخلاقهم سيئه جدا وطلبت منها رقم للتواصل مع الاداره غير هذا وما اعطتني او المسؤول عليها وهذا غير القطعه الي خذت منهم مقطوعه خساره الفلوس الي دفعتها راح اتواصل مع وزارة التجاره يرجعون فلوسي غصب عنهم

I was unable to call this number and do not answer and change your female employees to their very bad morals and asked her for a number to communicate with the administration other than this and she did not give me or the person responsible for it, and this is not the piece from which I took a cut from them. Loss of money that I paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حسبي الله عليكم مافي اي اهتمام للعميل لي شهر اطارد وراكم عشانكم سلمتوني الجزمه فرده وحده وبرجعها رفضتوا ورفعت شكوى عن طريق خدمة العملاء وكل مره يسكتوني بكلمتين ويقولون نستنى رد من الإداره ادارة نايمه ماهمها العميل كل اللي همهت لهط فلوس الله لايبارك لكم اذا ظلمتوا احد العملاء
God suffices me for you. There is no interest in the customer. I have been chased for a month. I was chased after you. You handed me the boots. He returned it. He refused. I filed a complaint through customer service. Every time they silence me with two words, they say, “I am waiting for a response from the administration.”

An amount of 2480 riyals was withdrawn instead of 248 riyals and so far I have gone how many times to recover the amount and no answer!! Al Hokair is supposed to be a well-established company that cares about its dealings with customers and the speedy return of the amount and customer satisfaction
