★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service center in the world i would say. I handover my company Work center machine on 28 March 2022. still waiting to repair, serval time call them and WhatsApp the Manger Mr. Suresh but he doesn't reply back.
I would warn everyone not to go at this place better to through ur machine in garbage rather then give them for repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is the lousiest service company on earth. The customer service jurney is horrible. The quality of their maintenance work is so poor. The call center is so bad and very unprofessional. The management does not care. Their work volume is much bigger than their capacity. 2 nationalities are controlling this company in Saudi Arabia. In short, I have never experienced a worse customer care than this company. I hope the Ministry of Commerce will de-license them and clean the country of such a redicolus service company. Shame on you Ensure Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service and ridiculously bad office hours (whether in Khobar or Riyadh). Incredibly bad location (in Riyadh). And unfortunately the only licensed service providers for a number of quality brands. These brands should really look at other service provider partnerships as ensure is doing nothing but harming their brand image amongst customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad center for laptop maintenance. It is not logic to fix a personal laptop by 3 weeks and ask engineer to have a look into it by 3 days. Engineers should have direct interface wity customer. Careless employees who don't feel urgency of your case. Something make you sick. Don't come hear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good looking place but the service is so bad. People are not professional and repairers who are working at the workshop are not competent and lack knowledge needed to repair laptops. You will have to send your laptop to them maybe 3 times and yet you will get not fixed. What’s worse?! You might get your laptop damaged
Not recommend to deal with this plce at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is new location, shifted from Silemania. Comparatively small facility than before but keeping the influx of customer in view, still acceptable. No parking issue as most of the surrounding shops do not have much occupancy.
Probably I had visited the location in early working hours, this kept my work tidy, fast and satisfied.
Out of three customer services desks, two were operating and Indian staff was efficient as well. The time they take to evaluate the problems and troubleshooting depends upon the issue to carry with and as always, spare parts were extremely expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, my Philips iron machine (a very expensive one) was supposed to be fixed in 2 weeks according to your maintenance team, it’s going to be 2 months in a couple of days now! No response, i was instructed to contact Ahmed Hilali to fasten things but unfortunately its got worse he wouldn’t answer my msgs nor calls.
