★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t advise anyone to use their service, its not professional and it doesn’t cover all Riyadh, if you park the car outside the coverage are they charge you 300sr for no reason and in terms and conditions there is no such thing, also the phone support says 24hrs and then you call and says service is daily from 9 to 5 it is a scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It just never works. Tried with MADA card and it didn't work. Tried with credit card and still doesn't work. I've already paid so much in admin fees plus a ride to ekar location. Tried booking and didn't work. Was told to wait 10-15 mins before booking again. Still didn't work. Seriously what's the point of the service if it doesn't work. Wasted so much time to get to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m using ekar in Riyadh Saudi Arabia, as you know Riyadh has an extremely hot weather and if you are lucky you have to walk at least 5-10 min to reach the nearest ekar, 2 times in a row i reached the car and went through all the app process , in the last step the car didn't open because of their stupid system and you have to contact their number where no one answers you then you send an email where no one bother to reply to you and you end up waiting in the extreme hot weather trying to find another method of transportation then to end everything up you get a msg from your bank saying that you were charged an amount from ekar then an invoice generated by the same stupid system.
Save yourself some time and effort and order a taxi.

Most probably cause my Saudi license is less than 1 year old and they ignored my 25 years of experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ its a very feasible way to use car per minute or other, it would save you from the rental offices which are playfull most of the time, the big problem in this application is car availabilty, most of the time you wont be able to find a car on your location hence they have to work more on there network
