★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مدرسة سيئة للاسف همها الفلوس .. عندما اتت جائحة كورونا وكان ابننا عندهم وتوقفت المدرسة في شهر مارس وكان متبقي شهرين ونصف والمدرسة عندما افتتحت من جديد لم يعترفو بما تبقي ووضعو تعويض شهر فقط ورفعو اسعارهم ايضا
 A bad school, unfortunately, concerned money ... when the Corona pandemic came and our son was with them, and the school stopped in March, and there were two and a half months left, and when the school opened again, they did not recognize what was left, and they placed only a month’s compensation and raised their prices as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نجمة وكثير على التصرف اللي تصرفته الحضانه مع الاهالي بعد ازمة كورونا، الحضانه ليست كالمدرسة هي خدمة ما يعني دفع المال من أهل الطفل مقابل خدمة شهرية، تم دفع خمسة اشهر مقدما للحصول على خصم 5% و مباشرة بعدها باسبوع اجتاح العالم فايروس كورونا وتم ايقاف جميع الحضانات ولكن بعد عودة الحضانات تفاجأنا بخصم كامل المبلغ بحجة ان الخسارة يجب ان تتوزع على صاحبة الحضانة والأهالي! لماذا هل شاركتينا بارباحك لنشاركك خسارتك الوضع تأثر فيه الجميع حتى رواتب اهالي الاطفال و مدخولاتهم، تصرف لا مسؤول من قبل ملاك الحضانه واقول حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيكم وبكل شخص يأكل مال الغير بدون وجه حق، وان شاء الله ترون نتيجة جشعكم.
A star and a lot for the behavior that the nursery did with the parents after the Corona crisis, the nursery is not like a school, it is a service, which means paying money from the child's family in exchange for a monthly service. The nurseries, but after the nurseries returned, we were surprised by the deduction of the full amount on the pretext that the loss should be distributed to the owner of the nursery and the family! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 2 years kid was in Early years nursery, I have paid for 5 months started in January 2020 to end of May 2020 to get 5% discount and once COVID19 Started the nursery closed on March 12th, 2020. I have directly contacted the owner which promissed to give me the remain months I have lost during closing of nursery or she will refund the remain amount if I do not want to continue with them, at Aug 9 I have contacted them, and they have said we do not have any money to refund and you will be eligable for one month compensation and she deny that she said she will refund or give the remain period, and I refused to take one month only because it is not fair to take one month instead of 2 and a half months remains, treating people like this is not right at all.
