★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صراحه كنت بعاني كم سنة انو الليزر الي كنت اسويه جسمي ما اتقبلو وصار يطلعلي شعر سميك وفقدت الامل من مكان لمكان عشان ينحل موضوع الشعر السميك وسويت اكثر من ١٥ جلسه ، ولله الحمد عيادة ديرما ڤايتالز اول عيادة اروحها تفهم مشكلتي مو بس يعملو جلسة والسلام ، وفعلا وللله العظيم من جلستين اتغير نمو شعري ١٨٠ درجة واختفى الشعر تحت الجلد وبشرتي نعمت ، عندهم احدث جهاز ليزر ايليت بلس ، بالاضافة للممرضة Shojin فهي ف قمة الصبر والاحترافية والدقة ماشاءلله يددها تتلف بحرير .. الله يباركلكم ويوسع رزقكم فعلا شكررررررا عيادة د محمد ازمرلي ❤️❤️❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ التعامل جججدا سئ مع المرضى تم التواصل معي قبل موعدي بعشره دقايق واعلامي إن الدكتور مريض ولا يستطيع استقبال مرضى. التصرف هذا ابدا غير مقبول وما حتعامل معاهم فالمرات القادمه بسبب هذا التصرف الغير محترم. هل يعقل ان الدكتور اكتشف انو مريض قبل موعدي بعشره دقايق؟ كان الافضل اعلامي من قبلها بكم ساعه

This behavior is never acceptable and I will not deal with them next time because of this disrespectful behavior. Is it possible that the doctor found out that I was sick ten minutes before my appointment? It was better to tell me how many hours ago

جربت الليزر وحقيقي النتائج وضحت من أول مرة بعد معاناه مع عيادة(ف،ج) ل٥ سنين تقريبا وعدم وجود نتائج للأسف الشعر بيزيد.
الممرضة شوجين ممتازة وتشتغل بأمانه? حتى مايحتاج تتابعي معاها، الله يريحهم ارتحت من اول جلسة ليزر معاهم.

Nurse Shujin is excellent and works safely ? so you don't need to follow up with her, may God comfort them, I was relieved from their first laser session with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الصراحة تجربتي مع الدكتور كانت جداً سيئة!! اول ما دخلت عنده شاف وجهي من جها وحدة ولا كلف يشوف الجها الثانية على طووول قال احتاج كذا و كذا طبعاً كلها اجهزة في العيادة
الجلسة كلها ما كملت ٥ دقايق و انا اللي كنت احاول افهم ايش اللي احتاجه ما شرحلي ابداً!! وطول الوقت يناظر الكمبيوتر
معليه الغرفة طول و عرض ما جلسني حتى على كرسي الفحص ولا كلف على نفسه يفحص بشرتي زي الدكاترة
اول ما طلعت من عنده رحت لي دكتور ثاني.
Honestly, my experience with the doctor was very bad!! The first time I entered him, he saw my face from one side, and I did not have to see the other side at length. He said I need such and such. Of course, all of them are devices in the clinic.
The whole session did not complete 5 minutes and I was the one who was trying to understand what I needed he never explained to me!! And the length of time corresponds to the computer
The room is long and wide, he didn't even sit on the exam chair and didn't bother to check my skin like a doctor
As soon as I got out of it, I saw a second doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an German expat it is not easy to find a doctor in KSA who has the knowledge to treat my special desease. I had the luck to meet him and get treated by him. He has the experience of a 7 years stay in Germany so he is my favourite doctor in Jeddah. Very polite and competent person that speaks German and English very well and that helped me also to come bureaucratic hurdles to get admited by the hospital. The staff at the hospital is also very competent, polite and helpful.
