The coffee is nice especially the ice vanilla latte. I like their original mojito too
The staff are extremely friendly
I witnessed multiple rude people and the staff were handling them properly and patiently which i really admired
I even had an issue with my Caffe bene application , One of the Filipino employees called someone and fixed the problem immediately
The place is quit with nice music
Totally recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE: since I wrote my complaint , it is only fair to write about the positive experience as well. Today I went there to get waffle, and it was THE BEST waffle ever, crispy and soft; PERFECT! Thank you Bene Cafe’s staffs?
I ordered waffle this morning via Jahez from this branch, the waffle was burnt, there wasn’t any softness inside the crisps; like a biscuit ?
I actually LOVE their waffles usually, but today’s waffle was bad unfortunately.

I highly recommend their signature Belgium Chocolate Fondue?. You should also try their Ginger Honey Tea, really refreshing!?
A nice place for work and study as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I knew this place was going to be a favorite as soon as I stepped in. Staff were welcoming and amazing. The place is small, but cozy. The view is on an intersection (you can doze off watching cars come and go) very lively neighborhood.
P.s: This is the first time i ask for a prayer mat in a Bene branch and receive one.
