★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So classic and exquisite place where you can relax and unwind. I recommend the volcano pasta which is so palatable and the margarita pizza. it's my post bday celebration together with pre birthday celebration of my dear colleague kristy and we enjoyed. We feel like a royal because we are the first customer come and thankful to all the staff of the piano lounge for the warm welcome and let us took photos in the resto. Just bad that not allowed to play the piano anymore. But to some it all, the ambience is perfect for birthday or any special Occassion to celebrate. To the chef and to the filipino crew thank you sir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a nice place to spend time with friends , the atmosphere they created is nice and kind of intimate, the missing star is for not be able to set inside due to a private party .
Food was very nice and delicious, and it was delivered in an acceptable time. The mojito was not the best I’ve had but still nice.
its a very acceptable place if you wanna taste Italian food with your mate and close friends .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, but poor service, the welcoming was so cold, no smiling eyes, not even an opened attitude. Nothing! Then With my friends we've been there for almost 1h30 and they came to check if we needed something else only 1h after the 1st order!
No other milk option than full fat cow milk, and it's a coffee shop! Unacceptable in 2022!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is extremely over priced. A sheesha costs 135 SR! Berry mohito costs 50 SR! That's a lot! The place is too congested.
Me and my friends went out for dinner and sheesha. We ordered Pepperoni, Pesto Pasta and Berry Mohito. The quantity served was sufficient.
One more thing I'd like to point out is that it's too hot in there. tbh I felt suffocated.
The staff was great though; they tried their best but i guess the air conditioners didn't work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dinner out on Saturday night with friends. The atmosphere at Piano Lounge is very light. Not too crowded on inside. The wait staff is very good and attentive. We had Caesar salad and Salmon with mashed potatoes. I think this is their best dish. It was very good. Followed up with cappuccino and the evening was great.

At the beginning service was great ?? but later they were so slow to change charcoal and we were calling for this to happen over 20 minutes!!! Maybe they got so much customers to handle!!
But this place is recommended ??
