١- خدمات الصيانه المقدمه غير جيده من ناحيه سرعه الاستجابه
٢- وجود ريحة مجاري ترجع بالشقق عن طريق دولايب المطبخ و المجلى

٣- السباكة غير جيده
٤- السعر مرتفع مقارنه بالخدمات
٥- الموية احيانا يكون لونها بني ?
المميزات:
١- وجود نظام مراقبه
٢- مواقف سفليه
٣- نظافه الممرات
٤- نادي رياضي
Personally, I don’t recommend this place ever for many reasons:
1- the maintenance service is very slow
2- you have to pay for each equipment if you need a maintenance
3- Very bad smell in the kitchen coming from the Sanitation sewerage
4- the price is very high compering to the provided facilities
5- water sometimes is brown ?
The Features:
1- monitoring and safety systems
2- parking
3- Gym
4- cleaning of the stairs and external places
Personally, and from experience I never recommend living in it for several reasons:
1- The maintenance services provided are not good in terms of the speed of the response
2- The presence of a sewage smell coming back to the apartments through the kitchen cupboards and the sink
?
3- Plumbing is not good
4- The price is high compared to the services
5- Mewa is sometimes brown in color
Features:
1- Existence of a surveillance system
2- Underground parking
3- Clean the corridors
4- Sports club

The place is clean and elegant, the service is fast and excellent, and it is actually one of the cleanest and most beautiful residential places in the Al-Murabba neighborhood

Wonderful tower, excellent housing option, great features, and a very good location, as such luxury accommodation is rarely found in the city center.
