the Head quarter โ Rubayiat custumer serviceโ are the one handling clientโs quires, who never answer or response, no email to follow up. The only thing custumer can do is to keep calling their H.O hoping for a decent answer.

They offer high end signature weaved leather purses for my wife, tote bags, belts, wallets, key chains and more. Bottega is amazing Italian designer goods for sure. They also take care of you. I bought a men's wallet in Singapore and two years later the trim around its edges came up. I no longer had my receipt so I was concerned I wouldn't get any help. I went into this Riyadh Bottega and told them about the problem. Without any hesitation they gave me a brand new wallet! Now that's customer service at its best!
