★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So there is never a doubt on the quality of Bateel dates. But this last time our experience of waiting (Kingdom mall br) was too long only to be told that if we place an order they can't process it now. That is fine but we waited 20 mins just to find that out. We then went to the talateen branch, where the lady took our order for mix dates in numerous boxes but failed to tell us until after packing that they didn't have wanan (their signature dates). Not exactly good customer service there. Not to mention my husband asked about the STC tamuyuz discount and the lady said its not applicable, although it was showing in the STC app. Learning point: always double check for each and every item you buy.
