Communication is bad.
Not professional.
Very slow.
They have separate buildings for different issues.
I have been with them since Ramadan and they did not send any report to the bank up till now.
Even their telephone number is out of service sometimes.
Simply you need to take a vacation and follow up with them on a daily bases.
To who ever is running this company: shame on you
