★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف تدني في مستوى الخدمة الطبية وكذلك في استخدام التقنية من خلال التطبيق وتقييد المواعيد وظهور أسماء التابعين لاتظهر بالشكل الصحيح متعب للغاية وسئ اغلب المراجعين غير معتادين على تاريخ الميلاد لابد من وضع التاريخ الهجري بجنب الميلادي من المفترض انه يسهل المتابعة والحجز للمواعيد ما يعقدها اكثر امل وضع موظف في مدينه الأمير سلطان لتلقي شكاوي المرضى امل سماع صوت المراجع وإيجاد ما يسهل خدمته
