Not good insurance... Almost 3 month we paid for my children.. Still it'd not in system of jawazat.. Not im faced a problem of penalty...

Please do not make the mistake I made and chose this insurance company. Read my complete story below. This insurance company does not even deserve one star, they are lucky we do not have a choice and must give them a minimum of one star. My story: I had a car accident on 12th April 2017 in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. A local hit my car from behind and destroyed my rear bumper (I own Hyundai Sonata 2014), the Najm arrived and gave him a 100% fault ticket and asked me to go to the traffic police where they will give me all the necessary documents to claim insurance money and repair permit. After completing the process from traffic police which took more than 10 days for a simple job but this is a different story. Anyways, I contacted the customer service of Amana and they told me the necessary documents they need to get my insurance money, they also informed that I will get the money in two weeks. I had to go to an authorized person who would then ask me to get repair quotes from 3 shops and then he prepared the final document recommending 2000 SAR to be paid by the insurance company of the person who hit my car. I attached all the documents with photos and my IBAN number and sent them via Aramex to Amana Insurance. All this process costed me around 400 SAR. I patiently waited for one month even after they told me that they will send the money in two weeks. Finally I called them to see what the problem is and they told me they need IBAN number copy from bank even after me sending them, they told I could whatsapp that document to a provided number. Two weeks later I still did not receive the amount and I called them again and they kept insisting I did not send them the IBAN copy via whatsapp, I told them to give me an email id to send to but they told they do not have an email id and I should send on the whatsapp number again. After sending one copy of IBAN everyday and unlimited calls to Amana and another month later still no money. Finally I got a call a after a couple of weeks from Amana and they asked me if I received the money and they told they had sent the amount a week back. I had not received any money and I informed them, they asked to wait for a week, ten days later I received 811 SAR from Amana Insurance company. I had spent 400+ SAR ON DOCUMENTATIONS, which makes the amount for repair 411 SAR. After 3 months of hassle and abuse faced by authorities here I did not even get my 2000 SAR mentioned by the Authorities. This is a huge scam, you are probably better off without an insurance.

Extremely un cooperative insurance company... they know very well how to waste one's time. Pathetic approval system... my son was in emergency and they took around 5 hours to approve hospitalization request

You will suffer to submit the document and they request many requirements then you will receive the money after 20 days or more which unacceptable at all

What is the process for online motor claim .. I don't find anything on the website, I have taqdeer report, najm report. Need the support to submit my claim online . Waiting for update

Worst company ever I found. very bad experience. They did all the proedures for the claim and took all the Original Documents and all of a sudden they changed thier mind that to cancel the approval. also did not returned the Original documents.
