لابد من اعادة النظر فيهم يعني باختصار لا تقعد تبتسم لي وانت غير متعاون معي ولا ودك تخدمني
احد الموظفين كلمته يرسل العامل ياخذ ثوب وينزله للمغسله اللي جنبهم بالضبط ( الرهدن ) وللأسف رفض وقال مانقدر نودي الثوب لمغسله خارجيه لازم مغسلة الفندق فقط !!!!!
صدمني صراحة واجبرني انزل بملابسي الداخليه لين تحت واكوي ثوبي بالمغسله وسألت العامل فالمغسله ليش ممنوع قال غير صحيح مو ممنوع والموظف اللي كلمك مايبغى يخدمك

One of the employees, his word, sends the worker to take a dress and take it to the laundry that is right next to them (Al Rahden), and unfortunately he refused and said that we can’t take the dress to an outside laundry, it is necessary for the hotel laundry only!!!!!
It shocked me, frankly, and forced me to go down in my underwear and iron my dress in the laundry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئه جداً أسوأ مغاسل في كل شي الغسيل والتعامل والاسلوب والوقت يلطعونك لثاني يوم وغير متعاونين واسعارهم غالية مقارنة بالخدمة بس مظهر وترتيب في المكان لكن ما تستاهل ابداً.. جبت لهم فساتين وواحد عليها عصير ولا نظفوه ورافضين يغسلونه يدوي ورافضين يرجعوا المبلغ..
Very bad, worst laundries in everything. The washing, handling, style and time stab you for a second day and they are not cooperative and their prices are expensive compared to the service, but the appearance and arrangement of the place, but you are not worth it at all.. I brought them dresses and one with juice and they did not clean it and they refused to wash it manually and refused to return the amount..
