لكن حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل ..
رحت ابي اغير بطاريتي على الضمان من وكيلها هانكوك ورفضو قالو الفاتوره مب مطابقه مع رقم البطاريه قلت هذي فاتورتها قال لا تاكد من المحل
رجعت للمحل ورفضو يعدلون الفاتوره يقولون مب صحيح قال اللي سجل لك الفاتوره غلطان قلت طيب غيروها انتظره اللين يرجع من السفر امدا الضمان انتهى.
طلع الاخ اللي مسافر معطيني فاتوره مو فاتورتي ومشيت ماانتبهت للغلط ماتوقعته يصير ..
لكن اللي بيغير بطاريته يتأكد من الفاتوره ورقم الاستكر حق البطاريه عشان اذا فكرت تغير ع الضمان تكون صحيح
ولا راح اغير عندهم مره ثانيه ..
هذا وانا من زبائنهم ويعرفوني كلهم
بس جحدوني ع طول
وبرفع شكوى بالشرطه ان شاءالله ..
