★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shipment is delayed and nobody answers their telephone! Worst experience and worse service ever! Ajoul and Jollychic are the best in terms of poor customer service ?! Can't believe these companies are hiring lazy, unhelpful and incompetent people! This will be the first and last time I will be doing business with you! In one word to describe my experience DISASTROUS!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst and the cheapest service. They ask ID number through personal whatsApp what a bad system and behavior. ID number should be face to face but careless fearless shameless. If you complain they will never care and investigate, It will pass as if nothing happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parcel reached the country by DHL in 3 days, and Ajoul cannot deliver it inside Riyadh for a week and a half - constant postponements from the courier supposedly no one is at home, which is completely a lie! The courier never came. The company's phone is not answered, it is not possible to find out the status.
